Just a black screen and the error code.
When we uninstall the probe the system boot up to normal operation but when we install again the system errors.

Message like this:
System Error
Please power down system and reboot
Error Code : 58

Could anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Worked fine yesterday, then tried to power up this morning and got it.
Just a black screen and the error code.
Restart and unplug, replug and restart, no change.

Any ideas?????

I have a problem with the HDI 5000 after the start.

I can see  the system  loading but after there is only a black screen. There is just the cursor on the screen and i can move it with the trackball.

Do you know  keybords tricks or something like that to reset all the system? I have no important data on it.

When I press print the images are sent to the hard disk and the laptop, but cineloops are only sent to the hard disk. How can I set up the machine to send cineloops to the laptop?

I need to change the hard drive for a HDI 5000 ultrasound.

Service manual says "The hard drive should be loaded with 107.10 software or higher".

Also on manual, on software releases information "Bootable image install disk with system software" and "Software files disk" are mentionated as part of every release.

Is there a way to download these disks from internet?

Last week i've repaired an ultrasonograph HDI 5000 where i've change the real time clock on board A6B(M48T08-150PC1); also i have leaved for a moment the ibutton caps positioned near the real time clock.
After i turned on the machine, nothing compare on monitor, except for the name of the hospital, date and time.
The scanhead are not present but connected, all the presets are not present. What's happened? there's a way to repair this situation?

HDI 5000 just boots up to a blue screen with a color like bar on the left side. just prior to this screen while booting up a green screen comes up with black box at the top with the following information:
PCM ethernet addr: 00c0fb445566
PCM ip ADDR: 149.59.49.200
PCM PROM VERSION 0001.25
PCM PROM CRC F557
PCM BOOT: NOV 23 1994

Any Ideas on how I can get back up and scanning?

When IRFP360 transistor dies 24V disappears and fans stop working. Today again IRFP360 transistor was replaced to the new one. After hour or so after transistor replacement, on the screen we got a message - "SYSTEM TEMPERATURE WARNING". HDI5000 ultrasound machine consumes 110V, 1500 W. We always used step down transformer, output is 110V, 2000W.
What should we do?
