			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ll ask one of my service reps if they can help with this one, I&#039;m not entirely fluent on the Sonos 5500. </p><p>I don&#039;t suppose you&#039;ve had a chance to try running any diagnostics? Or have you used any external video devices to see if its a monitor issue or other hardware issue?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Dear Justin,<br />I wonderinf if you can offer some help. We are having a Sonos 5500 that boots up but the screen doesn&#039;t display anything but blue color and the the edges of the screen are black like in a low voltege situation. The input voltage for the tube screen is 120.</p><p>Does this have to do with the monitor only our is it a comunication problem between the electronics board and the display tube?</p>]]></content>
