Topic: Troubles with HDI 5000 (Philips).

I have problem with HDI 5000 (Philips).
Doc plug in this system in 220V/50Hz, but it must run on 110V/50Hz
I haven't access to the system right now, but I must know which elements may be broken (fuse or transformator, or something else).
Wait any thought and wishes.:)

Re: Troubles with HDI 5000 (Philips).

Alberio, I believe there is a switch in the system that allows you to run 220v/50hz but i need to double check, you might also need a different type of power cable.

If not, there are step up/step down transformers that will allow you to plug your system into a 110v transformer, that will then plug into your 220v wall.

There's a decent amount of voltage converters on that site, as well as power regulators.

I cheked fuse and rectifiers on board ACIM, they are working. But leds don't lighiting when I plug in 110V.
What suppositions may be?

Have you tried turning the ACIM switch on, then turning the main system switch on?

hi there
I'm working with a atl hdi 5000 cv
my troubles consist in having to much echos and the image is quite bright and it is difficult to see through.
the second on is that during color Doppler examination the color is all around the image despite the vessel itself
what can I do?
thanks

Was the system operating properly for a while before this happened, or has this been the issue from day one? What probes/transducers are you using?

Re: Troubles with HDI 5000 (Philips).

I use linear and sector probes (abdominal and small parts)
these problems has not come out within a day, day by day I saw that I had to reduce gain to improve image. for approx 2 months I didnt use that machine and returning back I found these problems.
