Acuson 128 XP/10

Update for community: handled this over the phone with Sonotec and their technician. the 128xp would try to power on, you would hear something trying to start, the machine would click off and a number 4 would appear on the 7-segment display.

#4 is a scan converter power supply fault, this could be caused by the scan converter power supply, or a board in the scan converter card cage that is shorting the power supply. in this case, it was the scan converter power supply, their technician replaced it and the machine is now working properly.
