Topic: Sequoia 512

The device takes a long while to boot up. Then i get a MO drive not ready. Contact service. I was wondering what else I can do.

The unit does not recognize any of the transducers connected.  Message on upper right on the display says "No Transducers" during boot up sequence.  What Board may be causing this?

I would double check the feature control to make sure that the probes I'm trying to run are licensed to run on the system. To do this press the Setup key located at the top of the keyboard, then scroll down using the trackball to Service UI.

Once it has booted the service utility, scroll over the icon with two keys that says Feature Control, and use one of the trackball keys to select that. Scroll down the list of options and check for the transducers you have currently, if they are in the list and are enabled (should have a Y next to them) then the problem could lie with your probes, the power supplies, or the MX (multiplexer board, its what you plug the probes into).
