Dear Justin,
I wonderinf if you can offer some help. We are having a Sonos 5500 that boots up but the screen doesn't display anything but blue color and the the edges of the screen are black like in a low voltege situation. The input voltage for the tube screen is 120.
Does this have to do with the monitor only our is it a comunication problem between the electronics board and the display tube?
I'll ask one of my service reps if they can help with this one, I'm not entirely fluent on the Sonos 5500.
I don't suppose you've had a chance to try running any diagnostics? Or have you used any external video devices to see if its a monitor issue or other hardware issue?

any idea what could be wrong with an acuson aspen that would not boot at switch on and would not go off until the circuit breaker at the back is turned off.
my hitachi eub 405 power unit would not work. at switch on the cooling fan only rotates momentarily and stops but the unit would not come on
