Topic: Transducer Licensing Issue

If you have problems connecting your transducers/probes, and the system gives you a "Sono-Pac Software not licensed for this Transducer" error message.. please post them in this thread.

Unfortunately... Revision 7 is really really old, and even I do not recall how to re-enter the encryption strings on that system. I will try to dig up some information, but please understand that this system is over 20 years old with very little technical support and parts support left in circulation.

It might be time to invest in a more recent ultrasound machine, even the 128XP/10 Revision 30 is on its way out of the market, but we still have a fair amount of parts and documentation for those.

Hi, I recently purchased an EV7 transducer probe, but when I plug it in it gives me the legend: "Sono-Pac Software not licensed for this Transducer"
How can I license it?
