Modality Worklist with HDI 5000

I have had issues with the MWL working and not working on my 2 HDI5000 machines. 
I can click new patient put in the patients name click search and it will find the scheduled patient.  If I click on update MWL it goes through a counting process finding 1,2,3, and so on patients but then when it gets to the end it has an error message cannot connect or failed communication. 
The IP, port and AE has been the same for the past 5 years nothing different other than in the last 3 months I have added new destinations for PACS, we are implementing a new PACS.
The technologist said that they have to delete one study at a time can't select a section and delete images.

I am wondering since this happened after adding the additional destinations is this a software issue of just not being able to handle all the devises in the host table (?) I also talked to one of the service rep's a while ago and he said these machines are really not made to handle MWL but not sure if this is true.

We discontinued our service agreements to save on some money- they function fine just this issue with MWL.

Any advice would be appreciated.
