Topic: HDI 4000 with error code 58.

Hi, I have a client that has a machine Phillips HDI 4000 with an error code 58 when trying to install a L12-5 linear probe.
Just a black screen and the error code.
When we uninstall the probe the system boot up to normal operation but when we install again the system errors.

Message like this:
System Error
Please power down system and reboot
Error Code : 58

Could anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Jim,

My apologies for the late reply. I've been swamped with other work duties and haven't spent much time on the forums lately.

I'll look into this issue with the 4000, there may not be a whole lot of information/parts, etc. out there, but we'll see what we can find.
