I know this is a forum for hdi 3000 but i have a hdi1000 the problem with this ultrasound is when i get started apears a mesage: 2002 bootup test failure, acquisition disabled. Presa print. Button to continúe startup, freeze buttom to shutdown.
Please help me what can i do, i already check the cpu batteries and there was bad i repleced for a new one

thank you for answer, i found the batteries and i replaced for new batteries,the first message error disapears but the second one not yet i think i need to get in to service mode in the ultrasound and i have to reconfigure the transducers,what i need to do to enter to service mode? And what i need to do to reconfigure the transducers?

Hi please help me i have an acuson xp/c and when i turn on the ultrasound apears a mesage : protype system software not for diagnostic use ,this mesage apears when the transducer is unpluged,when i plug the transducer apears an other mesage:software sonó pack for right and left transducer has not been liscenced please remove the transducer. I think probably a batery is dead because the time and date changed. Is a batery exist where is located? What can i do ?
