Topic: Dual

I lost the encryption strigs and had to buy them. The unit works well, except for the "DUAL" function. I can´t get it to work. I'd appreciate any ideas on how to restore it.

Can you please elaborate on "dual". Do you mean plugging two transducers in at the same time? Or a dual linear image? I can't recall if the 128XP10 was even capable of that, but it's been a while since I've looked so I'll double check.

What transducer are you trying to use with the Dual image? I'm fairly certain it only works on linear probes.

I am using a V4 (vectorial), C5(convex) and EC7 (endocavitary).

95% certain that it only works for Linear probes. Do you recall it ever working prior to losing your encryption strings?
