we encounter this toshiba ssa-340a ultrasound machine with "ERROR 102" . anybody know what that is?

Looking into it. I don't have a whole lot of Toshiba experience, but if I can find someone who does, I'll post something more.

What is a SSA-340a? Is it an Aplio, Viamo, Artida or what model is it? I have some error codes for Toshiba US.
