Topic: HDI 5000 "SYSTEM TEMPERATURE WARNING"

Philips HDI 5000 has had a problem of frequent dying of IRFP360 transistor in power supply board. When IRFP360 transistor dies 24V disappears and fans stop working. Today again IRFP360 transistor was replaced to the new one. After hour or so after transistor replacement, on the screen we got a message - "SYSTEM TEMPERATURE WARNING". HDI5000 ultrasound machine consumes 110V, 1500 W. We always used step down transformer, output is 110V, 2000W.
What should we do?

Dear Komildoc, system temperature warning always comes when the room temperature is below 22 C.
I must advise please always take care of the filter i.e its periodical cleaning and maintenance of the appropriate room temperature and you will find the difference.

Phillips medical instruments usually require 22 C room temperature.
