Topic: HDI boots to blue screen

I have the same problem

HDI 5000 just boots up to a blue screen with a color like bar on the left side. just prior to this screen while booting up a green screen comes up with black box at the top with the following information:
PCM ethernet addr: 00c0fb445566
PCM ip ADDR: 149.59.49.200
PCM PROM VERSION 0001.25
PCM PROM CRC F557
PCM BOOT: NOV 23 1994

Any Ideas on how I can get back up and scanning?

Please forgive me for taking so long to get back to you. I've been trying to get more service personnel to help with questions on the forums and it's been slow going.

The PCM issue might not be something you can resolve without replacing the PCM. To do this I would need to know what part number and revision level your PCM is, the part numbers are found on the boards themselves, a small yellowish sticker with: 7500-1769-XX (XX being the revision level).
