Topic: Encryption strings

Dear All,
Our Acuson 128XP/10 gave the message "SOFTWARE SONO-PAC FOR RIGHT TRANSDUCER HAS NOT BEEN LICENSED. PLEASE REMOVE RIGHT TRANSDUCER". Our technician checked the 3.6V batteries on CVC board. They were dead. He replaced them. Now we need to input new encryption strings.
The machine is ACUSON 128XP/10, serial#11250.
Can anybody help to find encryption strings?

i got in touch with the distributor , to get the strings , since i have the same problem with 2 units , he asked for around 2000 USD , would anyone like to share me the cost , or anyone got the strings ?
