Topic: HDI 5000 without scanhead preset and all....

Hello dear friend, i'm Antonio and i'm a technician in Matera's Hospital in Italy, Basilicata.
Last week i've repaired an ultrasonograph HDI 5000 where i've change the real time clock on board A6B(M48T08-150PC1); also i have leaved for a moment the ibutton caps positioned near the real time clock.
After i turned on the machine, nothing compare on monitor, except for the name of the hospital, date and time.
The scanhead are not present but connected, all the presets are not present. What's happened? there's a way to repair this situation?

When you press the "Scanhead" button does it bring up the menu with a list of probes connected? What happens when you select one of these probes?

Hi, nothin appear, there's no scanhead but in the "Installed Options" there's all capabilities, and in the comphrensive test it's all ok!
Seems to be the need of reinstall all preset, i think....

Make sure all of the customer options are enabled. Also verify the system recognizes customer scanheads (some are optional and enabled via machine options).

The iButton on the CPU has a unique identifier which qualifies the installed options. If the button is not installed then no options will be available.

You can verify the button is installed properly by going into user diagnostics and selecting "Show Machine Configuration". A unique machine ID should be displayed, along with software version.

Next select "Show Installed Options". Verify that the list of options matches the customer configuration.

all of the customer options are enabled, but the system doesn't recognizes customer scanheads.
My problem is that i've changed the real time clock battery and i remove temporarily the ibutton. now the options are installed, a unique id is displayed with software version, but in the log there's multiple row that says: the scanhead i.e. P5-2 is installed but not authorized.....and other row like this, so nothing compare on screen
what do i do now?
can i reinstall all scanhead table and user preset configuration in a way???

please is very important, help me,
