Topic: Error codes 89 and 90

Does any one have any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting these 2 error codes i know they mean problem with the DVS just not sure where to start also i wanted to know if you can look up past error codes on these units.

These two codes usually mean there is a problem communicating with the DVS unit. Verify the ethernet cable is connected between HDI and DVS.

Failing that, you may have a problem in the DVS box (eg. it isn't booting up).

HOW TO REMOVE ERROR CODE 89. I HAVE REMOVED DVS MODULE FROM MY MACHINE. ALSO DISSASSEMBLED IT. HOW CAN I DEACTIVATE THIS ERROR. ALTHOUGH INNOCENT, REMOVED BY SUPER KEY + FRAME RATE TWICE BUT BORING EVERY TIME.

Dear Dr. Mushtaq i am also having the same problem. Phillips technical assistant visited here in Rawalpindi Pakistan and told me to maintain the room temperature about 22 C since then the same did not appear and machine is working fine. Plz. try and reply
