hi ,i have one sequoia 256 ,but the problem is when in PW mode ,sometime can hear the very loud noise ,In CW mode everything is ok ,we bought from singapore and the machine have not turn on the 3rd party service key ,is it possible to bypass the 3rd party service key requirement to open the pannel ,or are there any other way ,i am from Myanmar ,and it is very hard for us to get contact with siemens for the key ,The SW version is 7.2

I'm not sure I follow entirely on the issue with Pulsed Wave mode : "sometime can hear the very loud noise". Is it noise in the spectral trace on the screen? Is it a loud noise from the speakers? Does it happen on all the transducers you have, and does it happen with no transducer plugged into the system? Do you hear a clicking noise coming from the back end of the ultrasound system?

As for the side panel thing, there is nothing I can do to help you with that. It's one of those things where you need to contact Siemens, find out how to change the Functional Location number of the system to your physical location. Then call them again, talk to tech support, and hope you get someone nice on the phone who's willing to give you the Third-Party Service key.
