power beam lose

I have a problem with a Voluson 730 expert, when it is on all is ok, after 5 min, the power bean of the transducer is lose and only is black the image.
I turn off the unit and wait 10 min. after  I turn on  working good  the beam and after 2 min  lose again the power bean.
Could you help me please?
