Well.. based on what I know about this error code, it could be a few things -- PPS, CN

PPS = programmable power supply. It's voltages are regulated by the CN (Controller) board during scanning, 150v to the transmitters, etc.

You may want to check the PPS for any burnt components or excessive dust. It is located at the back of the system, at the very bottom. It is a small silver-colored container with circular ventilation holes. Two screws and a bracket keep it held in place.

Aside from that, we can try reseating the CN board, but will need to know if your system has Third Party Service access or not.

I  HAVE REPLACED THE PPS BUT NOW HOW TO RESEATING THE CN BOARD?

MY SEQUOIA NOT HAS THIRD PART SERVICE.

When you replaced the PPS, it didn't stop producing the error 27 code? I'm assuming it didn't due to the question about reseating the CN board.. but just double checking.

Sadly, you will need to have third-party service turned on in order to pull the side panel off. This will mean contacting Siemens technical support and requesting the code from them. They will probably ask for the serial number of the system if you don't have the functional location code on a sticker somewhere.
