Well.. I can give you an idea as to what each of those error codes means, but as for what happened to cause the issue.. I can't be certain. The usual questions come to mind though: are you using a power conditioner, as well as a step-down transformer? If so, what wattage is the transformer rated for? Have you had any power surges lately, have the circuit breakers ever been tripped due?
In regards to the error codes, here's a brief breakdown:
(Scanner Control Processor) SCP 0677 -- points to the PPS (Programmable Power Supply), it's a voltage accuracy test. If this is failing the PPS may not be outputting the correct voltages for boot-up.
(SYSCON & Video Controller) SVC 0626 -- points to the CDM (Cine Data Memory) and SVC. Probably an issue with communication, perhaps a power issue again, or a reference clock issue with the RP.
(Reconstruction Processor) RP 0434 -- points to the WFP (Waveform Processor) and RP boards.
RP 0433 -- points to the AQP (Acquisition Processor) and RP boards. Says it's an interface test, which I'm assuming means the AQP and RP aren't communicating properly. Could be a power issue to the boards, or a defective component on the RP.
RP 0427 -- points to the RP and SVC. This seems like a rather nasty failure. Again though... it could be a power problem with the main supply, since this board requires +5v.
I would recommend checking the voltages on the main power supply (right side of the system when facing the monitor, behind the side panel).
What you want to look for is: 5v, 7.5v, 12v and 15v, there is also a 300vdc output voltage.
ALL scan converter boards operate on the +5v digital rail. Some of them use +12v, including the AQP, CDM and SVC. Check both of those and let me know.
