Sequoia 512 software version 9.51
Software doesn't seem to be able to calculate ejection fraction or max velocity so no diastolic dysfunction information can be obtained.
Does software need to be upgraded?

Do you have access to the Administrator manual for the Sequoia?

I would recommend going into the Setup menu, and checking through the Cardiac calc options to make sure EF is enabled in A2C and A4C.
