Topic: sequoia transducers
Hi. How can I solve the next problem?. I can not toggle between the transducers installed in the system pushing the monitor soft keys even they are connected and recognized every time I turn it on.

Just to get it straightened out in my mind:
you press the Xducer button on the lower left keyboard, and when you press the monitor soft key to switch the transducer and nothing happens?
If thats the case, I would say that the monitor soft key is broken OR there's some software issue. Does the transducer you're switching to work when no other transducers are plugged in?

When I turn it on the monitor shows the transducers plugged in but I can switch to another transducer using the monitor soft keys. I changed the position of transducers before to turn it on and the system worked with the new transducer however when I pushed the soft keys nothing happened.
The monitor soft keys don't look to be broken. Is this a menu configuration issue?

Ok, I'm still slightly confused. You're saying you can, and then you're saying you can't.

I'm not sure about it being a menu configuration issue. The way it is supposed to work is you can switch between transducers using the key, then pressing the soft keys on the monitor. One thing you could try is seeing if that soft key works on other menu's. If it does, then maybe theres a software problem.

Sorry Todd, I can't switch the transducers.
No matter what port (left, center or right) I connect a transducer works but I can't select another one when two are connected. The transducer button works because I see the transducers on the monitor but I can't select them. A software problem means I have to replaced it?
