I have some problem with Biosound Megas. When I connect the linear probe, I saw some black line on top, only on top, only around 1-2 cm, the last on the screen is OK. If anybody know about it, please let me know what happen. I appreciate.

is it a vertical or horizontal black line? this could be an issue with the probe you are using. either a weak connection to the system, or a dead element in the transducer crystals.

do you have any other transducers you can try?

Thanks a lot for your help. I found the problem. There are something wrong on Display control board. But when to change this board, it need to install the software because when I install this board, the system told me this board is not compatible. Do you know how to install the new software? Please show me. Thanks in advance
