Topic: Acuson Cypress volume

Dear

I am having problem in getting sound during CW or PW.

During CW i do get volume and CWGain at the bottom right side of screen but i cant highlight volume as CWGain is already highlighted..I will appreciate if you could help me in finding a way to activate volume in the screen / machine.

I'm fairly certain that you have to press the corresponding knob down to change from CW gain to Volume. You can then use the knob to raise/lower the volume by rotating the knob.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll research it a little more.
