during startup i get an error "error 60054 detected on previous shutdown activate utiities"
all utilities pass ok but the cypress seems to get in an endless loop giving me the same error over and over again.
any ideas will be greatlly appreciated
During the procedure to turn it off, I may turned it off before the software fineshed to close the applications opened. now I turn it on but the displays just shows the name of ACUSON and stays freeze like that until now.
Sounds like a software issue. Do you know what software level your system was at?
